These Terms and Conditions apply to all wholesale transactions between Bigfarmers (“we,” “our,” “us”) and customers (“you,” “your”) conducted through our website or via direct order. By placing an order with Bigfarmers, you agree to the following terms: Bigfarmers is a wholesale distributor of HHC and CBD products including but not limited to vapes, oils, and gummies. All products are offered in compliance with EU regulations and contain less than 0.3% THC, where applicable.

Our products are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing from Bigfarmers, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. Bigfarmers does not make any medical claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult with a medical professional before consuming HHC or CBD products. Do not consume if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or operating heavy machinery. Bigfarmers assumes no responsibility for misuse or improper handling of its products.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. Shipping & Delivery
We ship throughout the European Union. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Bigfarmers is not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier services or customs authorities.

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the product. Refund Conditions: The full order amount, including the original shipping cost, will be refunded. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The product must be returned with all accessories, in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for: Sealed products once the seal has been broken. Products made to the consumer's specifications. Perishable items or those that age quickly. Products of a personal nature. Goods affected by financial market fluctuations. Loose newspapers, magazines, audio/video media, or software where the seal has been broken. All returns for damaged or faulty goods must be confirmed by Bigfarmers via phone, post, or email prior to return.

Bigfarmers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, website, or services. Your use of our products is at your own risk.
