Shipping Policy
We guarantee delivery only on orders within Europe that have been send with registered mail. If a parcel gets lost, Bigfarmers will replace the parcel.
We cannot guarantee delivery outside Europe, even if it is send with registered mail, nor give money charge back. On orders outside of Europe you have to accept full responsibility for your order and accept that Bigfarmers cannot be held responsible for missing items.
Items will only be shipped after confirmation of direct bank transfer has been made. Following confirmation of direct bank transfer, your order will be shipped within 1 business day. Delivery time will be dependent on country of origin and delivery provider.
Liability
The liability of Bigfarmers resulting from the delivery of defective products will be limited to direct damages up to the amount of the price stipulated for the products concerned. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bigfarmers, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering of the Website or the Services against any and all claims of third parties due to or arising out of your use of the Services and/or your violation of the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The district court in Amsterdam has the exclusive jurisdiction regarding any and all disputes relating to these Terms.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please note that all returns for damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Bigfarmers by either phone, post or e-mail to be eligible for potential refund.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Bigfarmers. Your postage cost for returning the product will not be refunded.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.
We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Exceptions to returns:

For sealed products, if the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

Products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications.

Products that are clearly personal in nature.

Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

Products that can quickly deteriorate or age.

Products whose price is subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.

For loose newspapers and magazines.

For audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal.
